Our goal is to increase the operational sales of participating manufacturing companies by 15% within the first 4 years of the official launch of our solution. This is not only an achievable target but also a tangible one, thanks to the fact that the system is already fully operational and functional, with activation and production deployment times being very short (one week).

The platform is 90% operational

Although HippoPlace is still very young, we are not exactly a start-up. At the time of writing, our solution has already undergone a year of market testing. During this year, we have had the opportunity to refine both the platform and the operational workflow, automating all processes and stabilizing the entire system.
HippoPlace is therefore now a fully operational platform. The remaining 10% pertains to implementations currently under development, mainly related to marketing automation aspects.

We Believe in Automation

It is one of the core principles on which our system is built. We have worked extensively on technological and process automation to ensure that our solution has minimal impact on HippoPlace staff, Sellers, and even our partners.
This is not because we believe staff should be reduced at all costs, but because we believe it should be utilized more effectively. If technology does its job, people are free to focus on the aspects that matter most.

The launch of our solution, approximately two years ago, allowed us to create a model that makes every HPLace measurable not only from an economic standpoint but also from operational and marketing perspectives.This provides a tangible and immediate advantage, as it enables the detailed planning of growth across all aspects.

We’re Just Getting Started

The HippoPlace plan includes the implementation of three different sales modes and corresponding service delivery types.
Although the HSM solution described extensively on this site is 90% operational, we can confidently say that we are only at the beginning of our journey. We still have yet to realize our full potential.

If we had stopped at developing the software and organizing the logistical or transactional systems, it wouldn’t be much different from what’s already available on the market today.
