Publishing a managed HPLace instance is very simple. The first step is to fill in the evaluation request form. In a very short time one of our experts will contact you to assess, with your cooperation, whether you meet the necessary requirements and provide you with free support and advice. Once your suitability has been verified, all you have to do is prepare the product catalogue following the instructions provided by our operators and contained in the HIPPO TOOLKIT that will be supplied to you. Once you have completed the preparation process, you will automatically be online and will be able to sell in all European countries that are eligible to sell your products. Our staff will follow you through all the initial and subsequent preparation phases to help you manage your HPLace.
The Three Steps to Be Online in a Week
01 · Analysis and Evaluation
The first phase involves an analysis of your business and the products/services you intend to sell online.
After completing the contact form, one of our experts will get in touch with you to outline the next steps.
You will be asked a series of questions to better understand how to set up your HPLace: fully automated, hybrid, or using the tools we provide (HIMS and HippoFlow). We will also verify the markets where you can start selling immediately and explain the steps to proceed to the next phases.
02 · Preparation
In this phase, we will guide you step by step and help you prepare all the necessary materials to create your HPLace according to the standards defined in our HIPPO·TOOLKIT.
If you choose to use our APIs and fully automate all processes of your HPLace, you will receive all the necessary IT support and best practices to integrate HIMS functionalities with your management software. In the case of the Hybrid or Semi-Automated Solution, online training with an operator will be provided to thoroughly analyze not only the software aspects but also the operational and marketing elements.
03 · Deployment and Sales
Once your HPLaceis published, you can start across Europe or in the selected countries. Your instance will be automatically integrated into our sales network and the first orders will begin to arrive.
